This building does not allow renters to have trailers, golf carts, or motorcycles.
We rent to adults over the age of 25 only. Maximum of two occupants.
The parking garage is compact. Please keep this in mind when planning what vehicle to take. It will not fit any large or oversize vehicles. This unit allows one vehicle. There is additional parking across the street. A parking pass is provided (and required).

Rent: $1,100.00 per month. All utilities are included.
Security deposit: $1000.00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes or vape pens (this includes the balcony).
Pets are not permitted.
This is a winter rental and only available from December 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
